If you encounter a bug in the DAY2 platform, or have a suggestion, we want to know!  By using the Feedback button, you'll let us know what's happened and we can then take action to resolve any problems as soon as possible.



Log into DAY2 platform and click the Feedback button on the top right of the screen, just to the left of your user name.


 


Reporting a bug:

  1. Choose the happy face icon on the top of the page.
       

  2. Choose the emoji that matches your mood - selecting :( will file a bug.

        

  3. Enter the bug you have found

        

  4. Click Submit
