The MontyCloud ABC interface centralizes billing group management, pricing plan assignment, and cost allocation, showing proforma costs per tenant and enabling quick review and export of billing data for MSPs.

  • MSPs can view and manage billing groups, pricing plans, and cost allocation for their customers in a centralized dashboard. 

  • MSPs can discover all billing groups (including historical ones), see which accounts are grouped together, and view or assign pricing plans and rules to each group. 

  • The interface displays proforma cost dashboards for each tenant, ensuring end customers see the bill they will actually receive, not just AWS raw costs. 

  • It provides tools to review, assign, and track credits, discounts, marketplace charges, and support fees, with options to export financial data for invoicing. 

  • Only authorized users (typically business admins) have access to these billing features for security and control.
