The support charges tab enables you to add AWS support costs back into customer invoices if needed, since AWS billing conductor removes support charges by default.
You can re-include support charges for customers without manually extracting data from Cost Explorer or creating custom line items in AWS. This helps ensure customers are billed accurately for support, matching your intended billing structure.
